Kitchen Porters
Ensuring our kitchen is kept clean to the highest standard. Helping chefs with preparation work.
Front Of House Staff
Full & Part Time Positions Available
Pay above minimum wage
House Keeping
Daily Cleaning of bedrooms, hallyways, restaurants, function rooms and toilets
Pay above minimum wage
Head House Keeper
Must have 2 years housekeeping experience. You would be in charge of all laundry stock levels and recording of stock coming in and out the hotel. Staff training. Ensure bedrooms are kept to a high level of cleanliness
Pay dependant on level of experience
Night Porter
In charge of the overall security of the hotel throughout the night.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel. General cleaning of kitchen and reataurant areas . Setting up of restaurant and functions
approx hours 9pm - 8am
